I have started 2 PRs to solve the problem you metioned.
About the "CentroidInitializer" I have a new idea:
Move CentroidInitializers as inner classes of "KMeansPlusPlusCluster",
and add a construct parameter and a property "useKMeansPlusPlus" to
"KMeansPlusPlusCluster":
