Drop dist entries for dormant components?

The following directories under dist [1] relate to dormant components: attributes discovery el launcher modeler primitives transaction Since these are not being developed [2], I guess we should drop them. The code will still be available from the archives. [1] https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/
