Looking more at this one, it looks like the Integer is required as
null is a valid use case. So moving simply to int is out, but
rethinking it seems very doable.
Note that this isn't a public API; FormatCache is for now a
refactoring out of FastDateFormat to allow a later FastDateParser.

Hi again guys,
Clirr report has been updated and re-published[1]; I followed the
Seb's path, with the small difference that using the Sonatype's jarjar
plugin, it is possible repackage classes in a separated dir, inside
the same main pom[2], without decompressing the shaded jar.

Incubator" should be replaced by "sponsored by the Apache Commons" or
maybe I just misunderstood the use of sponsor in different context.
