+1 based on manual testing. I tested different upgrades (from 4.17, 4.18 and
4.19) using KVM and VMWare hypervisors, also some basic functionalities
(start/stop/reboot/reinstall/destroy/migrate) and kubernetes plugin. I found no
issues.

I've tested by upgrading 4.19.1.3 to RC3 on one of my development
environments, which has a single Zone and one KVM host (both Rocky Linux),
with primary storage StorPool and NFS.

The basic lifecycle was tested for VM, volume, accounts, etc.
The only issue I faced was I had to restart the network with cleanup for
deploying new VMs on an existing isolated network. Patch
