No, each cluster should be of the same arch/distro/hypervisor. You may mix
Intel & AMD, but not ARM. Though it's assumed/advisable to have hosts in a
cluster homogenous & identical to avoid migration etc issues.
2.
Yes, you can have Intel & ARM hosts based clusters in the same
