result from the development at cloud.com and citrix and that all
version since 4.0 (the apache podling version) are basically major

I have created a PR with the changes

I propose that we enable it. As Daan suggested, we can always remove the action
if it doesn't work out. And if a PR/issue gets closed, we can always reopen it.
