Tested upgrade for a 4.14.1 env to 4.16.0.0 RC3 packages
Advanced zone; 1 VMware cluster with 2x ESXi 6.7 hosts.
Tested following:
* VM lifecycle tests
* Kubernetes cluster deployment
* Changing network rate for isolated networks
* Template, ISO registration
* Basic operati

zone, on fresh installation.

I'm +1 on the RC3, regarding to my tests:
- I manual seeded KVM's systemvm-template 4.16.0, builded the packages
without profile "noredist" and upgraded ACS from 4.15.0 to 4.16.0.0 RC3;
- I validated basic UI (configurations were kept);
- I tested some VM, vo
