I currently try to build, run and create deb packages for the new 4.15 release
with primate.
For this reason I follow the primate guide
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-primate and copy it from primate/dist to
cloudstack/ui (replace old files).
In my youthful n naivety, I assumed that

When we build packages for 4.15 we indeed build UI using npm build and copy the
built artifacts from dist directory to CloudStack's ui/ directory. The only
file that gets replaces is the index.html, no other files get copied. Next, we
build rpm/deb packages which includes the built UI.

Hi Rohit,
many thanks, it works. Now I've merged dist folder into ui and replaced the
index.html.
Additional you had right, my disk space was full and for this my database could
not wrote files. :D
