I can't get ConfigDrive for UserData to work on my Advanced Zone and I
can't figure out why.
I updated 'DefaultSharedNetworkOfferingWithSGService' and it shows:

If memory serves me correctly, this was only related to snapshots (copy over
from Primary to Secondary Stor.) - and has nothing to do with live migrat
