Thanks for sharing Khosrow, yes that's an error. There was an issue around db failure for 4.10.0.0 users upgrade to 4.11.0.0 -- which was sorted in release notes instead of doing a new 4.11.0.1 release. Let me fix that. - Rohit _

Hey Rohit, nice to see you here. What you should be looking at is mostly the register template API and service calls and then the update version code for the last version that required an upgrade. Off the top of my head it is in the class Upgrade410to411.java (don't kill me if I'm off by a few char
