Hi Ozhan, With my fix, whenever dnsmasq needs to be restarted the leases file will be removed, and dnsmasq will be restarted whenever /etc/dhcphosts.txt or /etc/dnsmasq.d/cloud.conf change, otherwise it will be reloaded. - Rohit

All, We don't have any outstanding blocker PRs now. I could n't reproduce any regression wrt only VM-HA in RC1. By killing a HV host (and keep it that way, i.e. not rebooting it), HA enabled VMs did migrate to other hosts in a test I did. The only potential (blocker) issue seems to be a lda
