Had to remove large artifacts from job being hosted. The downloads
and large artifacts were making jenkins crawl. I'm working on finding
a hosting for these soon.
Meanwhile, all non-oss jars are available on wido's mirror. You should
be able to build from there quickly.

We use to be able to download nonoss builds (specifically RPMs for RHEL) in
Jenkins back sometime ago.
I want to try out 4.2 but I can no longer find a downloadable tar.gz file.
