I am going to make a patch that will deduct this from the place in the json

Hey Daahn,
Not sure because I haven't tested, but there are files in /setup/dev that
give hints. There are advancedsg.cfg and basic.cfg. Both have
"securitygroupenabled": "true". Nothing about zone wide primary storage
though.
