information. it was quite helpful.

but he is using `template_host_ref`for ACS 4.2.

That article only applied to ACS 4.1 and older versions. In ACS 4.2
storage refactor, db tables are changed. template_host_ref has been
deprecated and replaced with template_store_ref.
