I haven't found how we should update internal links. Look like we would
have to change them for ex: `networking2.html#create vpn`

So I would have to bookmark http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/en-US/. I'm
used to reading the English documentation, anyway.
I tested and the page missed Common_Content error.
When I tested on local environment after copy Common_Content, it seems
redirect fine.

What was the commit? I don't recall having seen it.
Though technically I think this is the base page site itself, and not
