I just test an upgraded installation from 4.3, download the new systemvm
template and name it systemvm-xenserver-4.4. The column "Required Upgrade"
in the console for VR remain to "No". So I guest no new system-vm template
is required since 4.3...

I wouldn't swear to it but it seems to me that systemvm updates have
been done since the last release and we need to update.
