We now have a mirror of cloudstack locally.

Contains both cloudstack signed RPM and DEBs
/rhel for the rpm repo for YUM
/ubuntu for the deb repo for APT
This is also a mirror of the all the systemvms for all versions in /systemvms

Indeed. cloudstack.apt-get.eu runs a rsync daemon where you can sync
from. So feel free to sync from there.
