Rajani,
I don't like public shaming but I think we should always point people to
the result of a check-in of theirs that broke a tests. Keep in mind a
check-in can expose a bug as well as introduce one so we must be prepared
to put in effort as a community at times.
test_09_expunge_vm is the last
build failure emails are bothering me.
I am ready to help fix it if we agree to give it some attention after each
checkin.
If not can we at least disable the job?

much needed discussion. Its something which everybody agrees that we
require.
Can we take a step back and look at out existing jenkins setup?
No CI system would help us if we dont look at it.
