All, Per our release schedule [1], the 4.8 and 4.9 branches enter a soft freeze for testing for the 4.8.2.0 and 4.9.1.0 testing effective 14 August 2016 @ GMT. During this period, only defects that stabilize changes since the previous release should be merged into these release branches
