Thanks @murali-reddy. Since changes are limited to just the systemd file
with manual testing confirming the fix, I'll proceed with merging this and
start separate PRs to run tests against kvm/xens

LGTM, manual test run okay. Agent ran-okay after applying the semi-colon
fix.
