@tampler based on the error, it seems like goimports may not be present in
$PATH. If goimports has been installed and is present in $GOPATH/bin, can you
please try adding `$GOPA

@rhtyd updating listAPIs.json doesn't support all the APIs we need to add
them to the layout file as well. So, they may still not be supported
