I'm wondering if I should remove the upgrade instructions of 4.1.x, 4.0.x, 3.0.x and 2.2.14 from the 4.5.0 release notes. These upgrade instructions are fairly outdated and has not been tested(at least in 4.4). They also contain errors and some inconsistency. Unless someone is willing to validate
