ELSE log will fill the disk space.
So can someone check and confirm the logic for the change and whether the logs
are needed in the else part

Tried using both cpuentitlement cpu reservedCapacity but retrieved values
from vmware are zero.

The CPU.Reservation value by **default** is 0, Also the value is set in
VMware not from the ACS UI.
