@PaulAngus --config is not persistent, but helpfully overrides
metadata_read_only = 1 which is set in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf on XS7. But I second
that `--config global{metadata_read_only=0}` is need

I think it's a good idea to use the labels for triage and priority. It will
make the PR and issue view much simpler on Github.
If it's not used on Github, does it mean that all PR/issue on Github must
have a JIRA and the triage/sorting is only done there?

wanted to make sure we didn't make assumptions about usage simply by recent
builds failing.
I think commenting them out for at least one or two releases before
removing them is the right approach.
