Don’t need to revert it so long as the feature they are for is not enabled by
default. Or, if it’s a bit away from being useful enough to even test - mad
hard-disabled without a way to enable.

It is not necessarily a problem as long as we do get an issue with the
Modules boundaries and their access. For me it needs to be looked at on a
case by case basis.
