The release is almost there. However I think the release packages are not
synced to https://archive.apache.org/dist/bookkeeper/ (INFRA says it will
be done within 48hrs). So the docker image can't be built and DC/OS is not
updated yet.

bit problematic in the release process. We might consider moving the docker
build process out of apache main repo.
So I am restarting the discussion about "official docker image", following
