I noticed https://incubator.apache.org/projects/baremaps.html lists
https://baremaps.incubator.apache.org/ as the (upcoming) project
website.
As per https://incubator.apache.org/guides/sites.html the "incubator"
qualifier is optional.
I suggest omitting it and using just https://baremaps.apa
