Hi, We don't need an SGA or CCLA, you mentioned in your proposal that this is a personal project and therefore the project is owned by you. Everyone else (init committers) needs to submit an ICLA except you and Josh (your ICLAs exist). Please note that ICLA should send it to secret...@apache.org.
