From Aurora 0.14 to 0.15

Hi everyone, even though we are still in the process of getting 0.14 out of the door, I'd like to propose that we aim for a short release cycle for 0.15. This would entail: * the update to Mesos 0.28.x * no deprecation removals, so that it's easy to update from 0.14 to 0.15.  Any objections?
