Just an update on the status of the 19.0.1 monorepo release: We hit a
blocker while testing RC0 [1] and will need to create an RC1 once the
issues there are resolved. Thanks Kou and Raúl for the help addressing
the issues so far.

I double checked and there's no direct impact. However, I'm working on
having a regular release pace on arrow-java.
