I am talking about that part too. Look for memory.rs in Arrow Rust for
example. It is direct copy paste of my dependency.

Arrow is not an organization in itself, so I'm not sure how to organize
that. That said, it is a worthwhile discussion, especially as several
companies are investing development resources into Arrow (such as my
employer - Voltron Data).

upstream open source (personal) projects.
In our Arrow projects, we use some personal open source project as
dependencies, such as the https://github.com/starkat99/half-rs is used in
arrow-rs. These open-source project
