[C++] Sparse Unions and CICD tests

Hi, Really thanks for the help you guys gave me in the past! Tonight I would like to ask two questions. First of all it seems that in the C++ implementation of sparse unions it is possible to construct a union array of length 8 from two child arrays of length 4 with dense union-like behavior.

It sounds like releasing from branches going forward would solve our problems: * No more force-pushing master * No need to rebase after releases If there are no objections, I would say we should go ahead and do this. I don't think there is a need for a vote but if anyone wants one please chime in
