Did you set -DARROW_PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIR,
-DARROW_PYTHON_LIB_DIR=, ... by the PYARROW_CMAKE_OPTIONS
environment variable? Normally, you should not define these
variables by hand. They should be defined automatically. You
may need to pass
-DCMAKE_MODULE_PATH=/home/bubba/work/arrow/dist/lib/cmake/
