Creating a New AntUnit Release?

Hi all it looks as if we didn't do what we preach, see https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=65315 :-) Over the past three years we haven't seen any reason to change anything inside of AntUnit. The issue above is probably standing in the way for somebody, so I'd like to cut a fresh relea
