[PATCH] XSLT/param@expression used as string instead of as expression as documented

Hi, I have submitted a patch to Bug 21525. The patch adds possibility to specify data type or use XPath expression in XSLT task's parameters. It is working for me, but I know it still needs some documentation update and probably some tests to be written. Could you please navigate me, how to finish
