as threatened earlier I've prepared tarballs to be released as Apache Ant
1.8.3.

I noticed that the 1.8.3 binaries were some MB smaller than the 1.8.2 release.
I saw that the 1.8.3 version only contains the manual, while the 1.8.2 release
contains the whole site. Is this intentional?
