It is supposed to be inside both of them already. They both have a
proper license and copyright statement, no? I have no idea whether

BTW, when generating the HTML page, the DVSL script inserts a "2000-2003" at
the end.
But there could also be "2000-2004" or more complicated "2000-2002,2004" ...
And it
