I have read manifestations of interest from two persons who contributed
to these tasks so far.
So finding 3 people might work for Starteam.

what would be the process to move the starteam code to become an antlib ?
I think just adding the antlib xml, and changing the package name of
the starteam code is strictly all that's necessary. The hard part is
getting enough support to push it through the sandbox into a

Hi,
I just built and run the tests of the current SVN head under Windows XP,
Cygwin, IBM JDK 1.4.1.
I have these failures/errors :
in the Antunit unit tests :
jar-spi-test_xml
test-simple Failure Assertion failed
at line 29 , column 20
it turned out to be some kind of problem of line end
