Jan reported the same, but it seems to work on my Linux box.
What happens if you run test9 manually (i.e.

Strangely, ANTLR is looking for a file under
src\etc\testcases\taskdefs\optional\antlr
instead of src\etc\testcases\taskdefs\optional\antlr\antlr.tmp
Anybody has an idea ?
