Had a bit of challenges running with breeze (either from TAG 2.10.4rc1
or from main with --use-airflow-version)... bu
+1 (binding) - checked signatures, checksums, licences, verified
reproducibility - installed and run locally. There was a small issue with
constraints I found - (but that was fixed without impacting release).
