I was also effected by this bug after running the Software Updater.
Previously I have always used the CLI to install updates. Today was the
1st time that I used the GUI tool and promptly thereafter I was hit by
this bug.

I suspect Dropbox to be the source of the problem. As recordmydesktop is not
installed on my Computer and I do not use fileroller every day, but the files
date back to - as far as I can remember - the day I installed the
Dropbox-Nautilus-Integration.
Pakage is: nautilus-dropbox 0.7.1-2 from repo
Unfortunately "disabling" in Settings -> Devices -> Keyboard isn't
possible. The dialogue when trying to "change" the settings provides
only the option to set a new shortcut or to hit "Del" to disable. BUT if
I hit Del this simply sets the shortcut from Shift+PrtSc to Del. :-/
