[N501VW, Realtek ALC668, Black Headphone Out, Right] Static Noise
Problem
Status in alsa-
I have the same laptop, Ubuntu 16.04 also and the same pitch/whistle
static noise in headphones (it doesn't matter whether my sound volume is
muted or not). The noise started approximately after login screen
appearing. I used this temporary solution
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2204740
1) Noise appeared again after wake up my laptop (editing alsa-base.conf
approach)

patch < /tmp/fixup-ux501vw.patch
but got a request to input:
"File to patch:"
And I don't know what should I type... I even don't have /sound folder as
mentioned in this patch

operation was finished, but I saw error messages about nvidia-361 driver
while kernel installation. Then I researched that there are bug present
and traked in launchpad. I was afraid that system wouldn't started after
reboot, so
Nevertheless, I updated nvidia driver, installed 4.6.0 kernel and
everything all right for now. Thanks for advice!
