[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1861981] [NEW] shows no output or input sound devices

Public bug reported: After I updated my ubuntu kernel to 5.0.0-05 my sound system has some problems. First it showed Dummy Output and i couldn't find my solution then i got back to my old kernel(4.18.0 -20) hoping it would remove the problem but now after i hit some commands it shows no output
