When starting my computer, each time I get several of these apport
prompts. After a long apport-gtk run for collecting data, this got
reported. I am using up-to-date 14.04, and the apport prompts appear
regardless of whether I am logging in to Unity or Gnome Shell.

displays it.

What theme are you using? It's clearly not the default Ambiance nor Radiance. I
suppose it's a theming bug, e.g the background is the same color as the text on
the links, that would explain why the cursor changes when hovering over the
link.
