proprietary drivers, Something changed and my Installation Failed, I got a

Fresh install with proprietary driver’s installation check box ticked
worked fine till I rebooted again and then I could not get into the
desktop. All drivers installed fine but one reboot later things were
back to being unable to login. So I did a chroot and removed splash from
grub command line f
