As written on the bug page, it seems to be not an issue anymore. I commented
out that line, and it seems that Chromium works well.

not disable propper handling of USB dongles to allow PulseEffects work

Google compiles Chrome using Clang, but the Ubuntu packages is built
using gcc, ofc ourse, it should not be the reason of the bug, but still
why not to swith to clang?
Are VAAPI patches applied to the ubuntu package? Maybe they are the

Chromium creates multiple processes when working, and above is the crash
of the GPU sub-process. Maybe it tries to use GPU acceleration, but
fails to do ot, and the GPU is not blacklisted or you set it to ignore
the blacklist
