I got a kernal update today and updated it.
So after i updated it and toggled wifi on and off the system soft locked it is
nonfunctional but the mouse still works.
It even can't do a sudo reboot or reboot at all.

Sure the update fixed the alt+Shift problem but when I press it it
somehow disables the lights on the keybord yes the num lock still works
but the lights are off and if a press it twice or press caps lock or
something the lights re enable

I have a probe with ubuntu 13.10 and keyboard when I select other
language Like Georgian or Russian the keyboard shortcuts do not work any
more I can not use control+C control+V etc... it only works when I have
English language selected
