I use NVIDIA drivers. Tried reinstalling gnome-shell, disabled
extensions, checked scaling, deleted setting files, nothing worked.
I created a new user, gnome-shell has the same issue in the beginning. Alt + F2
resets shell to norm

with Package Manager, didn't work unfortunately. My OS froze and had to
fix with command line.

tunneling to the VNC localhost server, is very secure.

install of Arch Linux and using vga_switcheroo with xf86-video-intel and

tool, you simply need to use the dconf tool and search for "wacom." One
of the items directly under "wacom" has the key of area. Simply set

that something has changed the default list of my devices such that the

I am also experiencing this, on a Gentoo system running on a ThinkPad
T440s. I'm not doing anything related to XBMC, simply using xrandr for
multihead. The interesting thing is that DRI works fine on my laptop
screen (glxgears reports 60fps, which is the refresh rate of my screen),
but breaks when
I'm running latest Utopic and I see this exact same issue as well.

I just stumbled across this bug as well. Only noticed because I wasn't
get thumbnails of an image I had just copied into my Private directory.
I even tried using cp from the command line, so it's not a nautilus bug.

The problem persists. Daniel's solution works for now. Has anyone tried
uninstalling Totem or will that just totally break it?

Thanks Erik. When using headphones, I really consider this a safety
hazard as it is very easy to have the volume turned up too lout, too
fast.
