So I installed jockey-gtk on 13.04 but I can not launch it. Here is what

It's probably happened since the update but ever since the update I've

This happens without fail on every log in, It also happens randomly at
times when doing things.

vm.dirty_background_ratio = 5
vm.dirty_ratio = 10
in /etc/sysctl.conf
and running sysctl -p

Thanks for the pointer to commit d472fcc, William. That commit is in
mainline as of v3.19-rc2. It was also cc'd to stable, so it should
also make it's way into all the stable kernels.
