This is /not/ the same issue as 37110, and it's happening on 11.04... My
list of 'VPN Connections' often goes to blank, usually after a standby,
and doesn't get back to normal until after I logout and login again...

Provide VPN Connection plugi
Note: It usually happens to me after a suspend. And I just found out,
that when this happenes, restarting nm-applet with a 'killall nm-applet
; nm-applet >/dev/null 2>/dev/null &' fixes it until the next suspend.
